Titan Signs To Relapse Records

Posted in Labels on July 3, 2010

Official press release: Relapse Records is proud to announce the signing of Brooklyn, NY's Titan. Titan, who have previously released material on Paradigms and Tee Pee Records, have recently completed work on a brand new full-length album titled Sweet Dreams. Sweet Dreams was recorded at Translator Audio in Brooklyn with engineer Brendan Tobin (Made Out Of Babies, Red Sparowes). An October 12th release date has been set. Titan's Josh Anzano commented on the new album: "Sweet Dreams has been the culmination of major urges welling up inside all of us to be a bit faster, a bit harder, a bit trippier and generally more aggro in our approach to writing, jamming out, and conceptualizing the songs and record as a whole. It's a lot tighter, but it's also a lot looser. We recorded with Brendan Tobin at his killer 'Translator Audio' studio in Brooklyn and we're pretty fucking stoked on the final results, and we hope that you are too!" www.myspace.com/titanaut
