It has been revealed that the reported death of legendary drummer Chuck Biscuits was not true and actually the result of poor journalism - not checking sources. Biscuits former bandmate Joey Keithley, singer-guitarist of D.O.A., confirmed that the drummer is in fact alive.
Note: Looks like the entire hardcore/metal/punk world was duped on this one. I think at this point, everyone is just glad that the story turned out to not be true.
