Coachella 2009 Lineup Announced

The lineup for the 2009 edition of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival has been announced. The event takes place April 17th through the 19th at Empire Polo Field in Indio, CA. Among the notable bands appearing are the following:

Paul McCartney, Morrissey, The Cure, My Bloody Valentine, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Leonard Cohen, The Killers, TV on the Radio, Band of Horses, Mastodon, The Black Keys, Conor Oberst, Mike Patton & Rahzel, The Gaslight Anthem, The Hold Steady, The Aggrolites, Henry Rollins, Liars, Bob Mould, Lupe Fiasco, Public Enemy, Clipse, Fucked Up, and The Night Marchers.
