The Number Twelve Looks Like You at age 20

Posted in Records on May 21, 2023

Silent Pendulum has announced a special vinyl reissue of Put On Your Rose Red Glasses, the debut album from The Number Twelve Looks Like You, first released in 2003.

Playing experimental metalcore and produced by Kurt Ballou, the record set the tone for the band's sound.

Vocalist Jesse Korman reminisces: "If you told 18-year-old me that we would be celebrating the 20-year anniversary of Put On Your Rosy Red Glasses by releasing it on limited edition vinyl and that people would actually buy them… I would say, no way anyone plays this album more than once. So, to everyone who has played this album more than once, you play a very important role in our lives. Thank you."

And while SPB also is celebrating 20 years, we didn't cover the band's output until way back in 2005. Read a few 2000s reviews of their work here.
