SPB premiere: "Good Enough Sometimes" by Wild Once

Posted in Videos on January 23, 2024

Today brings us a new video from Buffalo, NY band Wild Once. The video is for "Good Enough Sometimes" off last year's The Place You Are Meant To Be Lost, a longing tale of blue collar rock with punk, country, and indie rock tones.

Speaking to the video, the band says:

As with all of our videos, this one was a blast to make. We worked with our good friend, David Courtney, who was in town visiting family local to Buffalo. We got the keys to Mohawk Place and we had exactly two hours to load in our props, set up and film a music video before some real bands showed up to load in for a real show. We rolled up with a loose concept, a box of props, some costumes and a few friends willing to improvise their way to greatness. Everyone had great ideas on the fly and Dave rolled the camera. I can't believe it all worked out.

The photo of the band was taken on the same day.

Wild Once previously released two EPs: Perennials (2019) and We Did It Anyway (2020). Members have also played with Rust Belt Lights, As Summer Dies, and Jealous Girls.
