SPB premiere: Previously unreleased Triple Fast Action

Posted in Records on December 3, 2020

It’s been nearly twenty-four years since Triple Fast Action released their last album, Cattlemen Don’t on Deep Elm Records. A lot has happened since 1997, but one thing that never came to fruition until 2021 was a proper vinyl release.

On January 21, 2021, Forge Again Records is reissuing Cattlemen Don’t – and in a deluxe double LP package complete with previously unreleased material and Scene Point Blank is pumped to share one of those tunes today.

Titled “Who Cares (What I’ve Been Thinking),” the song offers a new perspective on a record over two decades old.

Speaking of the reissue, Brian St. Clair says:

Cattlemen Don't got a really great push when it was originally released in 1997 via Deep Elm Records. Had we stayed together we probably would have moved onto things like a vinyl issue and another record. While we missed the 20-year anniversary of the album, our desire to get it out on vinyl only increased with each passing year. Finally, after rediscovering all of the lost tapes, we set out to make this a reality. Justin from Forge Again Records connected with me about his interest in the band and wanted to do the vinyl release.
