New/old Bl'ast unearthed

In Sept., Southern Lord will release a new album of material from Santa Cruz hardcore band Bl'ast, who were active in 1982-1989, last releasing Take the Manic Ride. The record consists of material found on tapes by guitarst Mike Neider, later digitized and then mixed by Dave Grohl. The recording also features Bl'ast's only recorded material with William Duvall (Neon Christ, Alice in Chains) as a member.
