Minneapolis, MN rapper Brother Ali has announced a September-October tour to follow his newest release, the upcoming Mourning in America and Dreaming in Color, which will be released by RhymeSayers on August 21. Ali, who was recently arrested at an Occupy rally, will be accompanied on the tour by a live backing band, Blank Tape Beloved.
