Lauren Records will host Growing Up Is Dumb on April 5, a one-day multi-band festival at The Echo and Echoplex in Los Angeles, CA. The lineup has been announced, with one more headliner still to be named, including reunions from Dogs On Acid and Shinobu, plus shows form Tokyo band Ging Nang Boyz (on tour in the US soon), Walter Mitty and His Makeshift Orchestra and more.
The fest previously took place 2013-2015.
Speaking of Ging Nang Boyz, the band is about to embark on their first US tour, joined by Shinobu. The band will release a best-of compilation on Lauren in March, Blew Blue. Listen to a brand new pre-tour single below. The compilation is their first non-Japan release since Libido EP (2007).
