State Of Mind Signs Racing Exit 13

State of Mind Recordings has announced the signing of Staten Island's Racing Exit 13.  The band plays melodic hardcore punk along the lines of The Movielife, Kid Dynamite, and Face to Face.  The band will release their debut full-length through the label sometime this year.
