The Flaming Lips (Restless era) to get vinyl release

Rhino Records and Warner Bros. Records, who recently remastered the Restless Records era releases of The Flaming Lips (1886-1990), will soon be releasing those albums on vinyl.

The reissues will be coming in two waves, with the release of the Scratching The Door: The First Recordings Of The Flaming Lips compilation of that era already out, and the boxset Seeing The Unseeable: The Complete Studio Recordings Of The Flaming Lips 1986-1990 coming on June 29.

On July 27, Hear It Is, Oh My Gawd!!!...The Flaming Lips and Telepathic Surgery will be released, followed by In a Priest Driver Ambulance (with Silver Sunshine Strares) and Death Drippin' at Sunrise on Sept. 14.
