Formed in The Netherlands in 2012, punk band Smashed Out has announced a new album (and not so subtle nod to Lagwagon), called Let's Talk About Ceilings. Out today, the album is the first under their current moniker -- the group was previously known as Shit Hits The Fan, and released full-length The First And Worst Record in 2013 and Unstuck In Time EP in 2015.
