A little more TEKE::TEKE

Hard to pin down sound-wise, with elements of psyche rock, surf, experimental, and more, Montreal-based Japanese band TEKE::TEKE returns with a new single, "Garakuta," and news of a new album this summer when the band will release Hagata on Kill Rock Stars on June 9. The new single is equal parts pulsing, rhythmic, and unpredictable.

TEKE::TEKE will play live, opening for Unwound in New York and Philadelphia this month, followed by several festival dates throughout the year.
