No Life ‘Til Leather – A Tribute To Metallica’s Kill ‘Em All

A team of thrash musicians and metalheads have teamed up for the new No Life 'Til Leather -- A Tribute To Metallica's Kill 'Em All, a tribute record whose title gives away the theme instantly.

The covers compilation takes on the full album, originally by Metallica, and releases on Nov. 14. The first taste is a cover of "The Four Horsemen,” as recorded by The Almighty's original 1991 lineup, which recently reformed. The record also includes Motorhead, Saxon, David Ellefson, Testament, and others. It will release on LP, cd, and digitally.

“‘The Four Horsemen’ by Metallica got us back into the studio with the original lineup for the first time since 1991… Unbelievable,” says vocalist/guitarist Ricky Warwick exclaims.

No Life ‘Til Leather – A Tribute To Metallica’s Kill ‘Em All Track Listing:

Bad Magic
UDR (2015)

It's been 40 years since the world was first introduced to the name of Motörhead. In that 40 years, they have become seemingly invincible. Impervious to the likes of addiction, lineup changes, musical trends and anything else that would have decimated a lesser band. But it would seem that the Motörhead juggernaut may finally be showing signs of slowing. Frontman … Read more

Through The Never Soundtrack
Blackened Recordings (2014)

You had to be there. In the grand scheme of box-office existence, Through The Never was a blip. The release was limited, as was apparently, the appeal. Despite all this, It was well worth seeing. It looked fantastic, the sound mix was great. It was possibly the most immersive concert-film experience ever. But, sadly, It will never be credited as … Read more
