Sell The Heart's 7 Step Guide To Happiness

Sell The Heart has coordinated a 7-artist, 7-track EP called A 7 Step Guide To Happiness. Out on Oct. 24, the collection is designed to showcase the diverse sounds from the label's roster, collected on a single-sided 12".

"Each song sees a bit of a dynamic shift, offering a true variety of sounds and showcases the label's brand of diversity in its offerings," the label says in a statement. The full artist and track listing is shared below, plus two currently released songs from Her Head's On Fire and Hauntu.

Sell The Heart is celebrating 15 years in 2025, and SPB is currently featuring Neckscars (included on this compilation as well) as our featured stream of the month.
