Experimental rapper dälek returns with a new concept record, Brilliance of a Falling Moon, inspired in part by the 2011 Erik Larson novel The Garden of Beasts, and taking on a theme of fascism and resistance in America (sound familiar?).

The record will release on March 27 via Ipecac Recordings.
