Stomp Records may be in its 31st year as a label, but it remains forever young.

The Canadian label just announced "The Idiots Have Taken Over" from Can't Please 'Em All, the second album by General Chaos, a Montreal, QC trio of sixteen year-old sixteen-year-old punks in the vein of Social Distortion and Rancid.

General Chaos formed in 2022 (with members at age 12) and previously released Outta My Way. The new album is out on May 8.
