Who's at High Water Festival 2023?

High Water Festival, taking place April 15-16 in North Charleston, SC, has announced its two-day lineup. 2023 headliners include Beck, Orville Peck, Wilco, Angel Olson, and Rainbow Kitten Surprise, among others. 2023 is the festival's fifth iteration.
