Part-Time PR Fest, organized by publicist/musician Kevin Day, returns for Dec. 11-12 with an 8 band lineup that includes Hanalei, The Warhawks, Goddamnit, The Carolyn, and more (listed in full below). The festival takes place at Ortlieb's in Philadelphia, with help from 4333 Collective and Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company.
