Marty Metal (Supersuckers) shares a new video

Posted in Tours on September 14, 2023

With Supersuckers prepping for an October jaunt across Europe, the band's Metal Marty has shared a video from his solo project, though he's joined in this particular song by bandmates Eddie Spaghetti and Chris Von Streicher, as well as fiddle player Wheelbarrow Annie.

Watch "Reckless Kind" below.

“When I first heard that song I felt it like it was written for me, I always thought it would be cool to give it the ‘arena rock’ treatment. I was very proud to play it for Roger when we were done mixing it. He’s my brother for life,” Marty says of the track, rritten by Roger Alan Wade (who co-hosts “The Big Ass Happy Family Jubilee” with Johnny Knoxville on Sirius XM’s Outlaw Country).

Metal Marty recently released an album titled Metal Marty's Greatest Hits (Acetate Records).
