Adult Prom, new split between Lung and Conan Neutron & The Secret Friends

Posted in Records on August 13, 2023

Learning Curve Records has announced a new 12-song split, featuring contributions from two sonically diverse bands, Lung and Conan Neutron & The Secret Friends. The former delivering their neoclassical, dark sound whereas the latter plays a big and noisy "reimagining of classic rock."

The split features originals by both groups, one cover of the other's work each, and shared members and guest vocals.

"We are fans of each other's music and enjoy each other’s company and it just seemed like a cool thing to do," Neutron says of the project.

Adult Prom will release on Oct. 6, followed by a joint tor together. The album cover features the bands' two 2006 Ford Econolines, a symbol of their overlapping philosophies and independent road warriors.
