Dead Cross released a surprise 4-song EP on Friday, May 2. Self-titled, the new record (on Ipecac) comes out as the band prepares for a European tour next month.

Comprised of Dave Lombardo (ex-Slayer), Mike Patton (Faith No More, Tomahawk), Justin Pearson (The Locust, Retox), and Michael Crain (Retox, Festival of Dead Deer), the band also released a self-titled full-length last year. In 2016, Pearson shared his thoughts on balancing being in different bands with an SPB guest column.
