Cast Aside Call It Quits

Richmond, VA hardcore outfit Cast Aside have officially announced their breakup. The band last released The Struggle in 2004 via Deathwish Inc.  The band issued the following statement on their demise:

It's been a great run. Cast Aside is no more. Thanks to everyone who supported us in any way. but most of all thanks to Tru, Linas, Tre and Jake, Malfunction/Deathwish, Inc. for all their support and helping make Cast Aside what it was. We never imagined that we would have gone as far as we did. We had a great time, met a lot of great people along the way and played some great shows. Thanks to all the people who put us up, fed us, or helped us out in any way.
