Scottish musician Billy Liar has announced a new album, Crisis Actor, out Nov. 3 via Pirates Press Records. The new album continues Liar's deeply personal yet approachable songwriting, balancing solo musicianship with full band punk. The lead single, "Oblivion," debuted this week.
