Richard McInally (R.I.P.)

Richard McInally, best known as Chard, has reportedly passed away.  Chard was a founding member of Cleveland hardcore legends Nine Shocks Terror as well as a member of H-100's and Gag Reflex.  McInally passed away as a result of injuries sustained in a train accident. Source: The News-Herald
