Terminal Bliss from Richmond, VA has signed with Relapse Records. The band, featuring brothers Chris (vocals) and Mike Taylor (guitar), plus drummer Ryan Parrish and bassist Adam Juresko, formed last year and quickly recorded a debut record. If the names are familiar, the musicians have played with Pg. 99, Pygmy Lush, Darkest Hour, Iron Reagan, and City of Caterpillar.

“We’ve all orbited each other’s bands forever,” Chris says. “It’s been going on 20 years since I met Ryan—we used to live together. So we’ve been in and out of each other’s circles forever.”

While the band's Relapse debut hasn't been announced yet, the group shared two new songs on bandcamp today. Listen here. It'll take about three minutes of your time.

Wiretap kicks off My Grito imprint

Wiretap Records has announced a new imprint label to be called My Grito -- created with the specific intention of showcasing and supporting primarily Latin / LatinX ...

2020 has brought some unique and unforeseen challenges in our country. We felt we needed to do our part by offering minorities, specially in the arts, a louder voice to share their talents and continue to bring positivity. After running Wiretap Records and working with many talented bands/artists in the punk/alternative rock scene, both Rob and I found ourselves looking to expand the brand by offering a platform to Latino talent in the music, art, podcast, comedy space and much more. The birth of My Grito begins by having two Chicanos that grew up in Santa Ana, CA who wanted to give a louder voice to ‘Raza’ during these difficult times for entertainers. Part of our inspiration is to uncover hidden talent in the Latino space that can share their GRITO to the world. Not only that… but to shine a spotlight on hard working Latino entrepreneurs and to contribute to charities that need our help more than ever.”
3LH will release a full-length on My Grito in 2021.
