Two new records come out on Rad Girlfriend Records at the end of the month: Heavy Sea - Distortion Days and Acumen - Mark VII, both on January 26.

Distortion Days is the second LP from Heavy Seas, a Chicago-based punk/emo group, produced by J. Robbins. Big in sound, yet raw and blunt. It will release on Little Rocket Records in the UK.

Mark VII is the latest from Acumen, from Carbondale, IL. It is a covers collection focused on obscure songs from the 1960s.
