The conglomeration of Full of Hell and Primtive Man
Full of Hell and Primitive Man - Suffocating Hallucination

A new 5-song collaborative release featuring Full of Hell and Primitive Man will be out on March 3, Suffocating Hallucination, released on Closed Casket Activities. "Rubble Home," the second track on the record, is out now.

As the press release puts it, "Primitive Man bring their grimy, misery-driven heaviness together with Full Of Hell’s iconoclastic genre-busting grindcore into a singularly powerful dual artistic statement."

Listen below and decide for yourself.

“It’s kind of like making a new hybrid band,” says Full of Hell vocalist Dylan Walker. “It’s a really special marker of the friendship between us. We approach each collaboration differently, depending on the personalities in the room. With Primitive Man, we wrote everything in the studio. Each collaborative record is a cornerstone in our discography, as important as our own full-lengths.”

Writing about music is a bit like being an anthropologist. The kind who immerses themselves in a culture to better understand it. Not the kind who comes up with whacked-out theories while staring blankly at the wall of the faculty lounge (or I guess now, their kitchen cupboards between Zoom classes). To really do a piece of art justice, you … Read more

Full of Hell remain successful in orbiting the broad domain of hardcore punk without becoming victims of convention or straying from ethic. Home Is Where The Hatred Is
Relapse (2015)

When listening to the debut album of Primitive Man, Scorn, back in 2013, one thing became perfectly clear about them: they are fucking serious about their music. The blackened sludge band from Denver does not exhibit the signs of their friendlier counterparts within the subgenre. Their dystopic vision back in their independent first release was overwhelming and all-consuming, and it … Read more
