New Ten Foot Pole material in the works

1990s melodic punks Ten Foot Pole are back in action, with a new record of all new material set for release on May 10. Titled Escalating Quickly, it's their first new material since 2004. The band will back up its release with a North American tour and a stop at Punk Rock Bowling on May 27.

Speaking of the new record, producer Ryan Greene, describes his production as "going for 'The Bohemian Rhapsody of '90s punk,'” with several layers of sound and numerous guest musicians, such as Dan Palmer (Death by Stereo, Zebrahead, Billy Bio) and Dan Jacobs (Atreyu), “Lil Joe” Raposo (Lagwagon, RKL), and Sean Sellers (Good Riddance). Thousans Island Records is handling the release on CD, vinyl, and digital platforms in North America, with Morning Wood Records (Europe), Disconnect Disconnect Records (UK), and Pee Records (Australia) also involved in the effort.
