Adult Swim, Cartoon Network's late night animated programming, will release a curated stream-only compilation on May 3 named Metal Swim 2. The comp includes 15 new songs curated by Laura Sterritt and covering a range of metal-minded styles. The exact playlist is yet to be unveiled but artists are Alien Weaponry, Akvan, Author & Punisher, Baroness, Botanist, Dark Castle, Dreadnought, Eyehategod, Kat Katz + Andy Gibbs from Thou, Nervosa, Oathbreaker, Sunn O))), The Body, Vile Creature, and Volahn, with cover art by comic book creator Becky Cloonan (Batman, The Punisher, Southern Cross).
