New Lows, new drummer

The New Lows, who recently released their I Couldn't Sleep record on vinyl via Kiss of Death Records, has announced that Eric Pittman, previously of VRGNS, has joined as their new drummer. Pittman will join the band live at Fest 12 at beyond.

Noothgrush and Coffins plan split LP

Southern Lord will soon release a split LP between Tokyo's Coffins and Oakland's Noothgrush, due on 12" on Nov. 26. The vinyl will feature artwork from Josh Graham. It is Noothgrush's first release since 2011 while Coffins released The Fleshland earlier this year. Read more
