Miguel Chen (Teenage Bottlerocket) authors book

Miguel Chen, bassist of Teenage Bottlerocket (Fat Wreck Chords), has announced the release of a new book with Rod Meade Sperry, titled I Wanna Be Well: How a Punk Found Peace and You Can Too.

In addition to actively touring the globe in Teenage Bottlerocket, Chen owns Blossom Yoga in Laramie and Cheyenne, WY. I Wanna Be Well is released by Wisdom Publications.
