Live Nation acquires C3 Presents:

Brooklyn Vegan is reporting that Live Nation has acquired shares in C3 Presents, the company behind Austin City Limits music festival, Lollapalooza, several other large festivals, and shows at Emo's in Austin.

Live Nation is the world's largest live events promoter.
