Hand Model, the solo project of Ignat Frege (Wreck and Reference) has an EP out next month, a new single now, and an upcoming show on April 7 at Genghis Cohen (Los Angeles, CA).
The new 5-song EP will be titled Game Changers and releases on April 29 via The Flenser.
On the EP, Frege collaborates with Morgan Fox (Gloves Hands), to play "a kick drum laden 'dystopop,' a reflective disco in which fear meets groove."
It follows Manufactured Joy, a 2020 self-released EP, which combined pop and house elements, and Thinking Monster, released in 2021, which took a noisier, heavy beat approach (The Flenser).
