Cremation Lily's Dreams Drenched in Static

Posted in Records on March 5, 2022

Available on April 15 via The Flenser, Cremation Lily returns with a new 10-track collection called Dreams Drenched In Static.

The title track premiered earlier this week and we've posted it below.

As pre-release press puts it, "The album was penned over countless sleepless nights and documents the liminal moments at the edge of sleep and the distressing thoughts that often accompany late-night R.E.M. disturbances. The lyrics were largely written in the darkest hours of the morning and serve to evoke reflection, depression and meditations on death that seem to haunt these early hours."

Made with a variety of modified recording equipment, the album is at times harsh, atmospheric, euphoric and all encompassing.
