Mixed Up by The Cure is set to receive a new remasted 3CD boxset treatment, set for release on June 15 on Rhino, alongside a 2LP 180-gram vinyl edition.
The collection features new mixed by frontman Robert Smith and 11 rare mixed from the 1982-1990 period.
"The whole of 1990 was essentially spent emerging from the shadow of Disintegration, and we managed to do it in a creatively satisfying way; by the end of the year, I couldn't wait to start work on new songs for the next record," Smith says of the album's original release.
