Zulu gives their first single from new record, upcoming dates with OFF!

Posted in Records on December 2, 2022

Heavy hardcore band Zulu has shared a new song and video for the minute-and-a-few-seconds-long "Fakin' Tha Funk (You Get Did)," the first single form their upcoming album A New Tomorrow, due to release on March 3 through Flatspot Records.

The band previously released EPS Our Day Will Come (2019) and My People...Hold On (2020) while A New Tomorrow will be their first full-length.

As for the single, Lei explains:

Everyone wants to be black, but nobody really wants to be black. People take from our culture, use our language and surround themselves with people from the culture which in turn makes them believe they are a part of it. Those that will benefit from it when people in our community are looked down upon for being how they were born.
