Civil Service' on the DARK /// side

After releasing LIGHT /// in 2024, Civil Service is back with a counterpark, DARK ///, out on Nov. 21 via A Cheery Wave / Ripcord Records.

While last year's effort took on the search for meaning, the new record is about encoutering immovable obstacles -- as in the new single "URBNDCY."

"URBNDCY [going with this stylisation, pron. Urban Decay] is a dark take on the destruction of our living environments by the humanmade perils of war, greed and pollution," the band says in a PRPRD [pron. prepared] statement.
