The Pretty Flowers covers album

The Pretty Flowers will release a covers album on May 3, followed by a US tour that begins in San Pedro, CA on May 23 and wraps up on June 1 in San Francisco. Titled The Golden Beat Sessions, the new album will be available on casssette (Dirt Cult Records) and features covers of artists such as The Wipers, Teenage Fanclub, Split Enz, and Neil Young. Listen to their take on "Lawyers, Guns, and Money," originally by Warren Zevon, below.

The band also released Why Trains Crash last year, also on Dirt Cult.
