On The Cinder just self-released a new single, "One Year Down"," on the band's own Flower House Records -- a song that explores healing from the loss of a loved one. It's the first track in a new series the band is called "Our Lives Without."

From Buffalo, NY, the band will be playing at Pouzza Fest in Montreal, QC this May.
