Matt Berninger (The National) and Brent Knopf (Menomena, Ramona Falls) have joined forces as El Vy, and have annouced they'll be releasing their debut album Return to the Moon in October, alongside a string of tour dates. The album deals with an alternate universe where Berninger never left his hometown of Cincinnati and where "a teenager's sense of rebellion is fed by the dark social politics of middle America."
