Jello Biafra & the updates

Jello Biafra recently performed a live set with Bill Daves (Dash Rip Rock) and Fred Le Blanc (Cowboy Mouth) during Jazzfest that comprised of New Orleans soul, rhythm and blues, and garage songs. It's being released as a live record titled Walk on Jindal's Splinters and also includes Wildman Pete "Wet Dawg" Gordon (Mojo Nixon) on piano , Pepper Keenan (Down, Corrosion of Conformity), and a horn section.The band's moniker is Jello Biafra and the New Orleans Raunch & Soul Allstars. It will be released on Alternative Tentacles.

Biafra is also scheduled to perform as a guest vocalist this Thursday, May 7, in San Francisco with Dead Men Walking. Later this month he performs at Punk Rock Bowling in Las Vegas with backing band the Guantanamo School of Medicine.

Melt Banana plan 2 North American tours
