Superheaven shines on

Posted in Bands on November 13, 2024

Superheaven just descended back to earth, sharing a new song "Long Gone," part of a 2-song single out on Dec. 10: "Long Gone/Numb To What Is Real," out on Blue Grape Music. It's the band's first new music in nine years and comes as the band prepares for a tour with The Story So Far and Koyo.

The trio last released Ours Is Chrome in 2015, their second album overall.

"We did the JAR ten year show and that was really exciting to see that there was still interest in the band," guitarist/vocalist Jake Clarke says, "then that Fall we played a few more shows and they were even crazier. It really made us realize that people really love this band and these songs we'd made." It inspired the group to record new material.

The new single will be sold digitally and on 7" directly from the band. They tease more news in the coming year.
